DM Jones Landscaping was given a project to replace an existing timber decking system with something more modern, attractive and hard wearing.
The original decking was removed and the site cleared. The next phase of the project was to build a structural masonry wall combined with concrete fence posts and finished with feather edge fence panels.
This provides an attractive backdrop for the decking as well as adding extra security.
Once complete, the foundations for the new decking were quickly built. Instead of timber decking boards, Millboard composite decking was used. This is a unique wood free alternative to timber decking, providing an anti-slip, easy to maintain and hard wearing platform.
Electrical power sockets and outdoor lighting were then added to complete a beautiful and tranquil place that can be enjoyed all the year round.
